More About Coach Jaylen
I started coaching/training/recruiting in 2019-2023 at william penn university in Iowa. I was a assistant coach for our varsity team along with being head coach of the reserve team. I also recruited student athletes from all over increasing enrollment at the university. I was also the player development coach there getting players ready for next season & sending some off to go pro.
I now coach & train youth kids here in Arizona, i moved here in september 2023. Since i’ve been here i’ve been doing 1on1 trainings, basketball clinics, and open runs for the youth. I also have my own business which includes all of those features & more!
I’ve played basketball since i was 6 years old all the way up to this point which I am now 25 years old. In high school I was apart of the first regional championship team in school history and I went on to accept a basketball scholarship from powerhouse NAIA William Penn University. I went on to play 3 years and I redshirted one year, during those 4 years I left with conference championships, final four, elite 8, and sweet sixteen appearances at the NAIA national tournament.
My clients could expect a very detailed and informative session. I am very versatile so there isn’t anything i don’t know how to work on and get you better at. I will also consider reality when it comes to the difficulty level of drills and also when it comes to the input in drills. I will put players through drills along with live play situations and we will also work on agility, speed, and strength along with the fundamentals.
