More About Coach Jay
I have 15 years experience coaching and training athletes. I’ve coached from 6 years old to adult men in their 30’s. I’ve worked at Suwanee Sports Academy, Silverbacks, Redline Athletics Buford, North Gwinnett Middle School, George Pierce Park, Evolve, and more. At this point the age I typically work with is age 10-25. No certifications necessary at the moment.
Playing combination sports of basketball, football, track, baseball, and self defense. I competed with professionals later in my career, highest level would seem to be college. I’ve compete from Georgia, Hawaii, Carolina, Florida, and more. I have plenty of first place plaques and trophies from winning championships in multiple sports.
Typical sessions are a hour and can run over at times. Expect a warm up, basic review, and then getting into the real workout to end with a cool down stretch and light work. I focus on the athletes, whatever I see lacking, I create in the fly as I’ve been doing this for a very long time. So I’ll assess the athlete, see where they are lacking and give them the workout I deem necessary to level them up physically and mentally.

Coach Jay, I don't know what you did but Josh is playing with no fear!!! I used to get so upset with him cause he wouldn't shoot the ball. But now he is. And he looks confident. Thanks Coach!
Rob/ Parent (Testimonial)
Coach Jay, Silas played tough! They finally gave him some playing time in the tournament. He was confident and did exactly what you all were working on to help his team secure the win. I'm so proud of him. Thank you Coach!
Henry/ Basketball trainee (Testimonial)
We just finished our game and we won 29-22 against a team we lost to buy 20 earlier in the season. I made a 3 pointer a Layup, two jumpers, and finished with 9 points. I got so many open shots off of the moves you taught me! Thank you
