Working with clients brings the need for evaluation and development of needs based training. I train individuals based on a performance scheme which brings to the forefront the objectives of training. Each individual is different and has different needs. My skill set is primarily in understanding human performance and the many variations and types of work that can be done to change/improve that performance.
