More About Coach Jason
Throughout my whole college and pro career, I have always been the player-coach on the team. For over four years now I have been dedicated to building up young athletes creating a track record of success. I've been blessed to have some of the best coaches in the country so it is my mission to pass it down. I never turn athletes away due to money, I know what that is like and am happy to work with families. My focus is pitchers but have worked with players for all positions on overall arm strength/health since throwing is half of the game of baseball. I stress the importance of no matter what position you play, you must have a strong/healthy arm. Since I have started I've had a handful of Division 1 commits and MLB draft picks as high as the second round. Also working with guys who have made it as high as Major League Baseball. My heritage is of Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, two places that consistently produce the best players in the world. It is one of my greatest pleasures to be able to share cultures through the game of baseball.
Walked on to a Division 1 junior college (Monroe College) as a freshman and became our number 1 guy posting a 5-0 record 0.36era in 25ip with 37 strikeouts. This led me to earn a full ride scholarship teaching me the power of perserverance and faith. Sophmore campaign, helped my team go to the world series for the first time in school history being ranked no. 2 closing pitcher in the nation. My next 2 years of my college baseball career I spent at one of the best HBCU's in the country, the world renowned, Grambling State University which opened the door to me playing professional baseball in the first generation MLB Draft League(2021) After that played for the Lake Erie Crushers in 2022 (Professional MLB partner league) posting 117 strikeouts in 95 innings. To finally getting a contract to play for the Tigres de Quintana Roo of Liga Mexico baseball for 2023 season which is also an MLB partner and equivalent to triple-A ball.
First session will be an evaluation determine a starting point for our training. What I am looking for in the first session is how the athlete moves, determine strengths & weaknesses, measure current velocity, explosiveness, flexibility/ mobility, and endurance. After evaluation, that gives us a starting point for a personalized lesson plan that will fit athletes' needs. I have all of my athletes journal key points after each session as this helps ensure the information sticks and can always be revisited. Have seen this work wonder when it comes to development. I believe in the train more play less approach where prepping the body and the person you become is more important than just playing in tournaments or going to unnecessary showcases. We will have sessions 3 times per week where the first segment of the athletes' development is starting from the ground up literally (LEARNING HOW TO USE LEGS). Afterwards we climb up the kinetic chain; hips, trunk, shoulder, hand. Can check out more at elevarsportllc .com

Coach Jason is exactly what my high school aged son and I were looking for in a pitching coach.
He quickly identified what could be altered in my son's pitching mechanics to improve his velocity and reduce unnecessary strain on his pitching arm.In just the first practice, we noticed a bump in velocity with some minor adjustments. We cannot wait until we see the result of continued work with Coach Jason.
There were some attributes that my son and I noticed and enjoyed. First, Coach treated my son with respect and spoke to him like he could identify with my son's hurdles and his desire to improve. I feel like he'll help my son work toward his goals, increase his velocity and be a good example for my son. His approach is very refreshing.
We look forward to future sessions with Coach Jason.

Top notch. A devil for detail and takes a step wise, individualized approach that starts at the feet and works its way up. Maddox has definitely benefited in terms of both functional strength and throwing technique. We don’t plan to stop working with him any time soon.

The boys really enjoyed the sessions with Jay. Good instruction, connected well with the boys, gave us some things to work on at home.

Coach Jason was very helpful with my son. He was very shy at first but by the end of the session I saw he was very comfortable with Jason. While I was watching their drills I saw how he taught and corrected him in a positive manner. I left feeling very satisfied and happy with the session. I would definitely recommend!

Jay's an excellent coach. The feedback was precise and the workflow was dynamic. There was a very welcome seriousness to the training. Plus, the kids in the area even knew who he was and greeted him. Coach Jay is real good.

My son had his first session with Coach Jason and was very impressed with his knowledge of baseball. He advised Caleb the great importance of well being and health. He made sure to guide him with proper form and pitch. Look foward to seeing Caleb improve his game with the help of Coach Jason!

Our son began working with Coach Jay in 2021. He genuinely cares and does everything to help him develop as a person and player. We work with Jay during the off-season on the physical and technical skills required of a pitcher. Since he started training with Jay, my son has added 12 mph to his velocity, increasing his endurance and running speed. This isn't your basic training, there's a well-thought-out plan and science and the combination is results that you can see. With that said kids should be motivated, and parents committed and willing to stick to the program. We can't thank him enough for accepting our son into his program.

I love when Jay comes to our clinics! He knows so much and makes me want to pitch! When I started my knowledge was very low but I have already gained so much in a short amount of time.

Jay has helped me become more fluid during our time training. At first, I was super stiff and injury prone but we have worked really hard with Jay providing me the guidelines that were specific to me in order to achieve success on and off the field.

I'm so glad Chase is working with you! He pitched on saturday and did awesome. Pitched 5 innings with no walk, just a few hits few strikeouts. He threw hard and won 9-1 with no ER.
