Since lacrosse was introduced to my home town, I have constantly been involved with the sport. I have coaching experience ranging from leading clinics for beginners, to technical sessions with players aspiring to play in college. I have a passion for growing the game, and helping players become the best they can be!

As stated before, lacrosse has always been a part of my life. My lacrosse career culminated to a successful collegiate lacrosse experience at Queens University of Charlotte. During my junior and senior year I was awarded the title of team captain. My South Atlantic Conference honors include 2 time All-Tournament Team, 2nd Team All-Conference and 1st Team Preseason All-Conference. Queens lacrosse climbed to the top of Division II with two NCAA Tournament appearances and making it to the quarter finals.

I always like to begin my training sessions with a conversation. I want to know the players, strengths and weaknesses. I want to know what makes lacrosse fun for them and what might make them nervous when playing. After our conversation, we will move into a full body dynamic warm up, followed by some strength and agility exercises. I am a firm believer of becoming comfortable using both your dominate and non-dominate hands, thus the main exercise of my sessions will include some technical aspects, with both hands involved.
