A typical session with me is high-intensity, purposeful, and tailored to the athlete’s specific needs. We start with a dynamic warm-up and ball-handling to activate the body and sharpen focus. From there, we move into skill development, focusing on shooting, passing, and footwork before transitioning into game-specific scenarios like pick-and-roll reads, finishing under pressure, and defensive positioning. Each drill is designed to simulate real in-game actions and improve decision-making. We finish with conditioning that ties into skill work to build endurance under fatigue. Every session is structured to help athletes grow technically, physically, and mentally.
