Coach Jared was great! My boys really enjoyed working with him. He made the sessions fun and productive. He connected with each of my kids and also provided follow-up feedback for each of them with things they can work on until he sees them again. Coach Jared McNichol has worked with our son for a year now. Oz was a first year player when he started with Jared. Jared really fostered Oz's love a enthusiasm for lacrosse. Jared drove over 35 minutes each week to our house. He is a uniquely dedicated coach. Jared stresses the fundamentals and is very detail oriented. He provided extremely specific feedback on lessons as well as drill Oz could do by himself to improve.

Jared's support did not end with lessons. He made a point to watch Oz on his Summer league. When he could not make it, Jared would contact me to see how Oz played, what he did well and what he needed to work on. This was all done off the clock on Jared's own time.

Jared is not only a great coach but a wonderful person. Our families had dinner together after lessons.

We will be playing for Jared's Colorado True Lacrosse travel team this summer and look forward to having him as a full time coach!!

Josh Barrow Student-athlete at University of Delaware I started playing lacrosse as a sophomore in high school. I had a dream to play Division 1 lacrosse, and Coach McNichol was the one person that truly believed in me. He made himself available for training at all times, and we ended up training just about every day for the past 2-3 years. I am now playing D1 at the University of Delaware competing for playing time as a freshman. Coach McNichol was key in my development as a player. He lives and breathes lacrosse, and I wouldn't suggest any other coach for individual lessons.
