More About Coach Jared
I was a lone high school Captain my senior year and ran practices as well as 1on1 sessions with younger players. I have done most of my coaching in college with college players, it is free sessions I do with friends or teammates to help keep them sharp. I am comfortable working with all ages, I can help with fundamentals as well as a person for older players to learn and work against.
I was a Varsity lacrosse starter from my sophomore-senior year oh high school where sometime was cut off from COVID. My senior year I was the captain and ran practices as well as organized team events. College I was a freshmen and won the starting spot, After hip surgery my sophomore year I won the starting spot back and continued playing.
If you are young or new to lacrosse, I would start with simple stick skills and body positioning. Break down drills would be a good start as well as simple passing and catching. Working on coordination is a big part of learning the sport and I would have a big focus on body and stick control before the more advanced techniques. I also have my own gear to help simulate a collegiate level opponent for more experienced players.

Jared was very patient with my kid who is new to lacrosse, worked him pretty hard, and ran a very efficient practice. Highly recommend Jared. We are signing for a long-term package. Thank you
