In high school I was a three-sport athlete, playing soccer, softball and ice hockey. I went on to collegie and played softball for four years at the Division three level. I developed my passion for strength and conditioning during this time, and began to pursue my career. After college, I participated in various triathlons and races, along with maintaining a consistent routine of olympic weightlifting.
