Certified Black Belt, Full-time Martial Arts Instructor since 2006. Graduate of 2­ year Instructor Certification Program. Participate in 2‐3 Martial Arts training sessions every week. I am a graduate of Penn West California, I hold a bachelor's degree in exercise science. I have taught 100+ students per week, and 10 to 12 one­ hour group classes per week. I have taught through the after-school program since 2007.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced martial artist, I have a program to fit your needs. Men, women, and children of all ages participate in my Private and Group Training Programs. Martial arts is a workout like none other and is always interesting and fun to learn. With me, you are not just another student or client. You will realize your full potential because you are special to me.

I enjoy working with students of all ages. All students can train at their own pace and at their own abilities.

The hardest part is staying consistent. Whether you want to improve your fitness, learn how to defend yourself, or just have fun, my goal is to help you stay on track and achieve your goals. A discipline, sport, and way of life, Martial Arts offers each individual many unique benefits. You may be a professional looking for that added mental edge in business, or someone who just wants to feel stronger and more energetic. Individuals who exercise have lower blood pressure, increased muscular strength, better flexibility, and less body fat than those who do not exercise. Clients can also cope with high levels of stress and have a more confident self-image

Each lesson is customized to the individual client and his or her goals. My goal is for each of my clients to reach their true potential in a safe and fun way. Each session builds upon the previous one with a quick review of movements already learned followed by proper progressions based on the individual client. I want each person to leave knowing they did versus wishing they should have. Through Classical development of footwork timing and speed followed by a more practical approach to each technique or movement to finally being able to apply each movement in a more tactical manner, making every movement work for them and their abilities.
