Played at Randallstown High School in Baltimore, MD. Ranked #13 in the country at cornerback coming out of high school in 2005. 2nd team all ACC all conference in 2008 season. Selected teams defensive co-MVP in 2008. Played at the University of Maryland College Park from 2005-2009. Started for 2 years playing both Cornerback and Safety for the 2008 and 2009 seasons. Led the defense in interceptions with 5 in 2008 season. Selected as defensive captain in the 2009 season. Selected as a NFL free agent to the Philadelphia Eagles mini camp in 2010.
Session will consist of proper warm ups. Position related fundamentals. All techniques. Footwork and positional drills. Film Study. Mental aspects of playing the position. Route Running. The 1st session will contain the basic fundamental drills and techniques of the specific position the athlete plays. Beginning with a dynamic warm up, continuing to footwork drills on the ladder and cones. Moving on to basic techniques (ex. stance and start) progressing to intermediate and advanced footwork and ball drills. All athletes will participate in several drills that asses the quality, potential, and skill levels to take their game to the next level.
