I’ve worked with kids in Costa Rica so teaching kids even if there is a language barrier isn’t a problem for me. In the states I typically workout older pros & inspiring pros to prepare for upcoming seasons.

My workouts are catered to players needs and tightening up skills that they already have. If a player says, “hey coach I need to work on getting by the defense” Then that workout would be predicated on arm-swipes and attacking with a physical on ball defender. Different workouts for different players.
