More About Coach Jacqui
I coached Woburn Memorial High School's track and field from 2010-2019, specifically boys and girls shot put and discus. I have coached many athletes to Division II States, including the 2014 and 2015 Girl’s Shot Put Div II State Champion, 2015 Girl’s All-State Champion, and 2017 Boy’s Shot Put Div II State Champion.
I was named the Assistant Coach of the Year for Eastern Mass by the MSTCA in 2015.
I am a 2017 UMass Lowell Athletic Hall of Fame inductee in the Shot Put, as Well as a 2019 Northeast 10 Conference Hall of Fame inductee. While competing at the collegiate level at Umass Lowell, I earned NCAA All-American Honors two times, All-New England Honors three times, and I was a NCAA Division II National Champion in the Shot Put with a throw of 50’8.25” which still stands as UMass Lowell’s record today.

Each session would begin with a quick cardio warm up followed by dynamic stretches and drills. After the athlete is completely warmed up we would be begin with shot put drills such as flicks (making sure the shot put is positioned in hand and being released properly), and over the head and bucket throws to make sure shoulders and hips are warmed up. Once athlete is completely warmed up we were begin in the circle with throwing. Types of throws will consist of, standing, step ins, stop glides, and full glides.

Client Reviews
Debra (CoachUp client)
Coach Jacqui was great. She was patient. She helped my daughter in away that didn’t belittle her. She helped with form. Jacqui also gave her things to work on. We will be booking more time with her.!
Tara (CoachUp client)
After just two sessions working on shot put with Jacqui, my daughter has added distance and constancy to her throwing. She just had her first indoor meet of the season and got her PR and got 1st in the Middlesex league. She is looking forward to working with Jacqui more as she is learning a lot and also have a lot of fun!
Jon (CoachUp client)
Coach Jacqui was wonderful! She improved my daughter's throwing distance in just one session! I'd highly recommend her to any athlete. She's the best!
