More About Coach Isiah
2021 Summer Team Esface Camp Coach- In the summer of 2021 I was a Coach for Team Esface Basketball Camps located in Menlo Park, California. I have worked with groups ages 7-15. During these camps we would work on dribbling and ball handling, shooting mechanics, and develop high IQ plays for players practice. I have gained experience and knowledge working with youth basketball, as I also have experience attending these camps as a kid as well. I am very enthusiastic and passionate about basketball, and enjoy sharing my knowledge with the younger generation.

Menlo Mens Basketball (NCAA II) 2018-2019
Pacific Mens Basketball (NCAA III) 2019-2022
In a session, I would start with a warm up for about 5-10 minutes. This will include dynamic stretches such as arm circles, leg swings, and hip rotations. We will also add light jogging /dribbling. Then we will move into stationary dribbling. Here we will spend around 15-20 mins. as we will do a lot of ball control, controlling the ball at different heights and speeds, as well as including a tennis ball for quick reactions. As we finish stationary dribbling we will move onto cone dribbling into attacking the basket for layups. Then we will move onto shooting mechanics. These shooting drills will consists of spot shooting, off the dribble shooting, and catch and shoot on all 5 spots of the court. We will continue on to footwork and defense drills for the next 15-20 minutes, and finish with a little bit of conditioning and free throws to end the workout.
