I’ve coached high school at Salmen high and youth football
I work with ages 8 and up
I also work with college athletes home on break
I train and coach all positions
Started 4 years as a defensive lineman at Florida Unternational University
Earned all conference honers
Signed to the Minnesota Vikings as a undrafted free agent in 2014 spent 3 seasons there. Also spent some time with the Buffalo Bills
Each personal training session will focus on the athlete’s position specifics as well as Agility, speed, conditioning, and strength.
My group training will focus on everything except the position specifics
