More About Coach Isaac
I have 7 years of coaching youth basketball ages 6-15 for both boys and girls. I have coached in assistant and head coach capacities, notably at St. Francis Xavier, St. Pius, Rauner YMCA, and Pro Skills Basketball Chicago. I have player retention rates of over 95%. My experience has ranged from seasonal programming, clinics, and entire youth basketball seasons.
I competed through high school and the intramural college level. I was consistently noted for using fundamentals as a strong foundation, adopting a disciplined approach to practice and learning from my coaches, and being a great supporter of my teammates.
From a typical session, a client can expect to have a dynamic warmup and cool down, with the main bulk of time devoted to skills and drills training, in a fun and welcoming environment individually catered to all levels. I quickly determine how an athlete responds to different activities in terms of engagement, energy, and learning style. I am flexible in my coaching approach and always welcome feedback so I can continue to expand my perspective as a coach, and players are happy with their training and results.
