A client can expect goals to be set prior to workouts beginning. The goal is to help players learn and develop the proper movement and technical skills needed in order to become a effective player. The focus will be placed in different areas of development, whether guards or forward, even centers need to work on their footwork and ball handling. Mental toughness is important, so working on getting over mistakes and finishing the drill will be key. The different areas I will focus on include, ball handling, shootings, passing, defensive positioning and keeping your head up to see the floor, your teammates and the basket.

Typical workout session: (Tentative and Flexible)
Ball-handling (20 minutes)
Shooting (30 minutes)
Passing (10 minutes)
Defense (10 minutes)
Conditioning & Agility (10 minutes)

An hour is not a very long time, but my goal is to shoot for at least 200-400, times at the basket. Hitting anywhere to 40-50% of the shots taken within that time. The goals are reachable and attainable, the question is do you have the mental toughness to get it done.

Awsome coach, very knowledgeable and pushes the student, I will keep using him

We really enjoyed working with Coach Miller. He was very good with my 7 year old son Charlie. Coach Miller ran some great drills, and Charlie learned alot while also having fun. Coach Miller is engaging and knowledgeable and we highly recommend him.

We had a very good first session with Coach Isaac. He was punctual and very attentive to my son. If you're looking for a good coach, look no further!

Coach Isaac does a terrific job. He really teaches the fundamentals well, and relates them to actual game strategy which makes them more meaningful. In just one session he corrected some technical aspects of my son's footwork and shot, and also gave him other advice that will help him immediately. My son said he is certain that by working with Coach Isaac regularly he can improve his game significantly. One specific thing that struck me was the balance Coach Isaac struck between asking my son what he wanted to work on, with also watching him in drills so that he could find other things that need improvement that my son might not have known to bring up.

Coach Isaac did a great job coaching my 12 year old son. He took the time to first assess how he was playing and what he needed to work on. Then, he gave him very specific feedback on a few key aspects of his playing which can make a big difference in the quality of his game. My son really appreciated his approach and has remembered the key pieces of feedback that he received. Coach Isaac was very professional. He was on time and willing to share his feedback with me too so I can help remind my son about the key messages of the session.

Coach Isaac is an amazing trainer! We were in from out of town visiting family and I wanted to keep my son conditioned. He did just that and loved it! My son has worked with a few trainers , has been to some great camps and said Isaac was one of his favorites! His feedback is a tremendous help as well! He is professional, timely and gets back to you right away! I will continue to use Coach Isaac when we visit again and throughout my sons high school basketball career! Thank you!

Coach Isaac is great. My 13 year old daughter loves working with Coach Isaac. She is learning so much. I highly recommend Coach Isaac. He is a great teacher with a great personality.

Coach Isaac was great! I learned so much in a relatively short amount of time. I'll definitely be in touch for more sessions going forward. I HIGHLY recommend Coach Isaac to anyone looking to improve their game!

Coach Isaac is awesome! He quickly responded to my messages. He's very patient and loves what he does. He's very knowledgeable and is a great trainer. My son really liked training with Coach Isaac. He liked how patient Isaac was with him. My son wasn't a good shooter, but after working with Isaac his shot has improved. We look forward to our continued work with Coach Issac.

Coach Isaac is an amazing person and coach. The individual attention given to my daughter has really helped her confidence and increased her skills. I highly recommend him. My daughter had a female trainer in the past and was anxious about a male trainer. She quickly got over that after meeting Coach Isaac. She can't say enough good things about him and looks forward to training sessions.

My son had an excellent first session with Isaac. Great rapport, hard work, and lots of learning! Isaac clearly has a gift for coaching. Looking forward to more one-on-one sessions soon.

Coach Isaac has been a terrific coach for my 10 year old son. The results in our first coaching session were amazing, you could instantly see an improvement in his ball handling and shooting. Coach Isaac is passionate about what he does and has the perfect amount of being demanding but not too tough. My son has thoroughly enjoyed being coached by Isaac and looks forward to his lessons. Being coached by him has improved his confidence and elevated his game and love for basketball

My daughter had a great session with Isaac. He watched her skills and form first and the developed a plan on how to improve her playing. He pushed her to work hard and and corrected her when she was doing the skill incorrectly. She enjoyed the workout and learned a lot from it. Most importantly, Isaac knows what he's teaching and knows the game of basketball. I highly recommend him!

Awesome experience. Coach Isaac really connected well with my son Nathan. He was able to give my son confidence in himself in only a one hour session. Already looking forward to the next lesson

Coach Isaac is a great coach. I signed my son up for three lessons and was so pleased with the drills and techniques that he was teaching him that I signed him up for another bundle of lessons. The practice sessions are non stop for the hour, with a focus on fundamentals and form. The non-stop movement also provides excellent basketball conditioning. I would.recommend Coach Isaac!!

Coach was excellent

Coach Isaac is always positive during the sessions. He was the only coach to actually care enough about my son's basketball athletic that he showed up at his game to see what would be needed to work on during the sessions. We are both on the wave length when it comes to son's basketball game. His experience shows during the sessions, he was able to give my son a different look for his shot. He's always pushing him positively and still gets his point across which is a great thing for a teenager. I hope he continues to coach my son through his basketball career to make him better and hopefully good enough to make JV and/or varsity ball and eventually college ball.

My son absolutely enjoys working with Coach Isaac. He is working with him on his consistency with shooting , ways to hold his arms and foot placement which even after the initial session is making a difference. I will DEFIANTLY refer Coach Isaac to my friends!

Very instructional coach. My son enjoys the task that was given to him. My son and I are looking forward to more sessions with coach Issac.

Thank you
Ramon

Coach Isaac has done an amazing job with our 12-year-old son. He is both kind and professional, and made the extra effort to attend one of my son's games to see how he applies what he's learned and to identify areas for improvement. Amazing. My son has gained both skills and confidence since working with Isaac, and he respects him for being a true coach ("he's really nice, but he doesn't let me get away with anything, and I've learned a lot.").

Coach Isaac is beyond terrific. My son was cut from a local travel basketball team last year for number of reasons, the main being weak dribbling and defensive skills. He worked very hard throughout the year to improve, and his effort spurred me to engage with Coach Isaac to get some one on one coaching as this season's travel tryouts were approaching. Isaac impressed upon my son the importance of excellent rebounding skills, proper shooting form and proper offensive posturing like pick and rolls. He instilled a work ethic and level of confidence in my son which he will not soon forget. And my son made the travel team this season and he is clearly a much more dynamic player than he was last season. Coach Isaac even attended his first game of the season to evaluate his progress and determine new areas of the game to focus on! I'll be signing my son up for more sessions with Coach Isaac for sure. He has a great way of working with young people and is extremely flexible when it comes to scheduling. I highly recommend him.

Coach Isaac has been very benificial to my son's skill set. He has reviewed him in action at games and adjusted his trainings to improve his game. I will not have any hesitation booking more sessions with Isaac in the near future.

Coach Isaac has excellent coaching skills. He is always inspired.

Coach Isaac was great with my 9 yr old son Luke--encouraging and friendly, but still pushing him. A lot of great fundamentals work which was needed. An added bonus that he is left-handed like my son! Luke is looking forward to his next session.

Coach is knowledgable and understanding. I used to play college basketball and want to get back into the athletic shape I was in. Coach prepared a workout plan and provided me with all the tools to reach my goal in between sessions.

In addition to goal setting I was provided with just enough motivation during the session.

I would recommend for any age but specifically for someone who knows what they want out of their basketball career.

Coach Isaac is the real deal. I've seen a huge improvement with my sons game in just 2 lessons. He really cares about the development of the player.

From my son. "Also he never gives up no matter what! I was shooting and had more of a repetition missing then making them in. If I was the coach and he made like five in I would say yay you did ten and now you're done. But he just kept going with the right score! Those were the best basketball practices I've ever had and I am still doing it. Thanks Isaac!!!"

Coach Isaac is a great coach. My son enjoyed working with him and can't wait for his next session. I could see a difference in my sons confidence after just his first lesson

My sons confidence is growing!!! Even after one session he feels more secure in his foul shots and ball handling. Coach Isaac took the time to come and evaluate my son at one of his games - exactly what I was looking for in a coach. Isaac knew exactly what to work on with him and together they are targeting those areas!!!!! My son is loving working with Isaac!!!

Just recently, my client's parents BOTH handed me some thumb drives with two of their son's tournament games (I didn't ask for them, by the way) and they said, "We want you help our son get better". I said, "Sure, no problem". Now, mind you, this young is very smart and I believe if I gave this young man a dime, he'd come back with a dollar... eventually. Anyway, I looked at the footage and there he was, just as I suspected, running up and down the court (basket to basket) looking for the ball, but no one would pass it to him... why? Because he wasn't ready for it or he would get it and be surprised his teammates got him the ball. So, here how my message to him is going to sound, When you're playing, don't just stand there or move for no reason, MOVE WITH A "PURPOSE" (purpose: an intended or desired result). Learn how to move without the ball and help your teammates gets open, so you can get open. Be ready for the ball with your hands up and open to receive it. I got some questions for you, "Do you know the names of your teammates?" "Do your teammates know your name?" If not, run over to them and ask them their name and then tell them "I'm coming over to set a screen for you, so be ready." Watch what happens next, they're going to be looking for you to get them open and when they do come off your screen, that's when you turnaround to the ball and move hard, ready to receive it. I bet you, you're going to get the ball, why? BECAUSE YOU MOVED WITH A PURPOSE... TO GET THE BALL
It doesn't matter what color you are, male or female, young or old, big or small, whatever you put in is what you're going to get out of it. I've been a student of the game for a very long time and I continue to study what makes players better. From footwork to follow through, what going on in between those points is what I'm looking at and how I can help you connect the start to finish. My goal is to help you correct of your own shooting or dribbling mistakes. This game is a science and in order for you to become better, you have to strengthen your mind, so your body will do the right move every time.
