A typical session begins with a warm-up focused on mobility, light cardio, and activation drills to prepare the body for training. From there we move into skill-specific drills that focus on technique, coordination, and game fundamentals. I break down movements step-by-step so athletes can understand proper form and improve quickly. The session then transitions into conditioning exercises designed to improve speed, agility, and endurance. I also include situational drills that help athletes apply skills in realistic game scenarios. Each session ends with a short review, cool-down, and feedback so athletes understand what they improved and what to focus on before the next session.
