More About Coach Indira
Hello my name is Indira but also known as Gaby ! I am the Head Coach at CUNY York College and a strength and conditioning coach at the NYC Department of Correction. I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I have coached soccer, tennis, cross country and every event in track & field. I have coached kids, teenagers and adults ranging from 5 years old and up. My passion is running, I train and race at a competitive level. I have been running since middle school. I ran for NCAA Division 2- Queens College and are currently trained by New Zealand Olympian John Henwood. As a competitor my main events are the 1500, Mile, 3k, 5k and 10k. I have also competed in the 10miler and the half marathon. I am part of WeCOACH organization.
