I have extensive experience in coaching and training athletes across various levels and age groups. My journey began as a soccer coach at United SF, where I coached athletes from 2017 to 2019. During this time, I worked with both youth and adult players, helping them develop their skills and physical conditioning. My coaching experience is complemented by my background as a personal trainer, a role I’ve been dedicated to since 2017. I work with clients of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, focusing on strength, conditioning, and athletic performance.

I hold industry certifications as a personal trainer, ensuring I am equipped with the latest training methodologies. My clientele ranges from young athletes to adults looking to enhance their physical fitness or reach specific performance goals.

As an athlete, my primary focus was on soccer, where I excelled at a competitive level. I played for several years in organized leagues, honing my skills and athleticism. Strength Training: I design specific strength training exercises based on the client’s goals, whether that’s building muscle, improving endurance, or enhancing athletic performance. This could involve compound movements like squats and deadlifts, or isolation exercises targeting particular muscle groups.
