I'm a Movement Person. I do teach movement, fitness, I'm a registered yoga instructor. I approach yoga from a scientific back ground (have an associate degree in Physical Therapy). My speciality is Yin Yoga. I have great success in helping all types of athletes, runners and basketball players recovering from chronic low-back pain, nagging knee, ankle and foot injuries.
