Ify U.

Hi, my name's Ify Umodu. I recently started training athletes in Los Angeles, California after being approached by a group of app developers who had heard I played reciever for the Chicago Bears with Kevin White and Alston Jeffrey. They asked me to write out a workout program for Reciever's and if they liked it they'd have me work with Jerry Rice on his program for a new app that would be coming out soon. I wrote out my program and the rest is history. Now I'm in Florida where I played for the Jacksonville Sharks and led the team to its first NAL championship by leading in reception yards. You want to be the best you have to train with the best and I'm fortunate enough to say I have.

I've played football all my life and at every level. Playing in the NFL wasn't easy but it took consistency. I come from a football family where my two older brothers received full scholarships to play football at Oregon, USC, UCLA, etc. I chose to play football at Northern Arizona University because that school was the only one that allowed me to play two sports.

I focus on improving skill set and becoming more aware of all the tricks and secrets you can use as a receiver or just as an athlete in general to separate yourself from the competition. I've always taught it's better to work smarter than harder. You will see exponential improvement on how easy the game comes to you. Everything will begin to slow down and you will be able to do things off of instinct instead of other wise.
