Over the course of two summers I have worked with the North Allegheny Cross Country team. I have worked with high school and middle school level athletes. Throughout this I led some of the middle school level workouts as well as provide my input for their training. Since I was a recent graduate of North Allegheny, I provided the high school athletes with what worked well and what I needed to do different for myself to achieve my goals.

While I ran at North Allegheny, I was put on the 2014 All-State team as well as being on the third All-Region team. That year I was second in the WPIAL and eighth in the state at the AAA level. In indoor track, I placed sixth at the state championships in the 3000. I decided to run at Duquesne University where I ran cross country and track. For track, I ran the 5000 and 10,000 in outdoor, and the 3000 and 5000 indoor.

My plan is to provide athletes weekly training schedules that include mileage targets as well as workouts. The workouts will change regarding what part of the season the athlete is in and what they're goals are. These workouts could be on the track, or they could be tempos or hills for example. I will also provide core and leg workouts that will supplement the running ones.
