More About Coach Herbert
I have a bachelors degree in Health and Physical Education. I was Player/Coach for the Harlem Globetrotters for 18 years. I typically work with ALL age Athletes.
All State in Arkansas 1994. Played 4 years of NCAA Division 1 basketball at Centenary College of Louisiana. First team all TAAC 1997 Where I also lead the Conference in Scoring. I am the NCAA ESPN 1998 College Slam Dunk Champ. 18 year career with Harlem Globetrotters from 1999-2017 where I served as a Player and Coach among many other fun duties.
First part will be mental and discussion about expectations for last and upcoming workout. We would warm up with light stretching and jogging. At this point we would begin the actual session which every day would focus on of course the fundamentals of the game, dribbling, shooting, passing. Each day we would also focus on situational basketball. I also have the ability to teach tricks which would possibly end my training sessions. Not only will my life experiences make your child a more competitive player, but most importantly they will become better people.
