I started coaching youth league in 2004. I started coaching at my local high school in 2009 (3x state champions). I was head coach for local middle school for 2 years (one year champion). I still continue to coach at the youth league and high school level. I created our areas first travel football organization, in 2022, which has over 250 youth athletes in the program. I have coached in several All-Star showcase games in Nashville, Tennessee. I was honored to coach 'Team Kentucky' in the D1 Nation All-American Team in Dallas, Texas. I am certified to coach through American Sports Education Program, USA Football, and National Federation of High School Association.

I am a graduate of Wayne High School. I played offensive and defensive line. I was First Team All-State and First Team All-Cardinal Conference. I was runner up for both Hunt (offensive lineman of the year) and Huff (best defensive player of the year) Award. I was part of the first ever state championship football team in school history (2006). I was honored with an opportunity to represent my school in the North-South All Star Classic and the Hatfield-McCoy Senior Bowl. I signed with and played for the University of Pikeville.

Before planning the session, I will create an individualized plan for the athlete based on their desired goals. I will have to consult with the parent/guardian/referring entity prior to the start of the session to ensure maximal usage of the one-hour time slot. Once identifying the goal and creating an individualized plan, we will conduct the workout and session as appropriately and accordingly as possible. Sometimes we run into age-appropriate drills and workouts that athletes have not performed yet. My plan will be to devise a plan that the athlete can build a solid foundation upon. This may require multiple sessions, but goals aren't just dreams - When you put the work in, they become a reality!!!
