I've developed lacrosse players from second grade through twelfth grade. I've experienced coaching club teams, summer camps, and private clincs, but just love the progress made during private lessons. I became an ACTION certified personal trainer a few months ago simply to understand the basic sciences behind athletic performance. I've played lacrosse at the Division 1 level, so you could say I earned a lacrosse degree!

Before competing in 2 Championship weekends with the Univ. of Denver Pioneers, I was a Connecticut high school All-American in 2009. I have competed in a variety of elite summer tournaments along the east coast during my recruiting process.

My hour long sessions move at swift pace, so your athlete never gets bored with the extra work. Typically I warm up with stick skills for 5-10 minutes to see how beneficial his wall-ball sessions are. Afterward, I get right into drills. I think its super beneficial to collaborate with parents before sessions, so I can hear from you where your player's growth opportunities lie.
