Like most coaches who have a decade or more under their belt, I've worked with all ages in all contexts. K-12, camps, clinics, spring and summer teams, private lessons, small groups, you name it. I differ by being able to assign work for home and hold them accountable. I created TILTraining.com to help coaches guide their athlete's at-home training, so they're not building on bad habits. TILT develops physical fitness and lacrosse skills through guided workouts that are tracked automatically to the athlete's dashboard.

As a University of Denver Pioneer, I competed in 2 Final-Four weekends. In HS I was a Connecticut HS All-American in 2009, and made the all-star game for a variety of elite recruiting camps.

I like to meet athlete where they are at and work with them toward their goals. Let's chat before to get on the same page, so we can plan a roadmap for the availability you have. Ideally, your athlete can develop their fundamentals at home with the help of TILT, then come to our session prepared to implement those skills to a game scenario.
