More About Coach Granville

I am an ISSA Parisi Speed School certified personal trainer. I work with Element fitness solutions, a concierge fitness company. and Trooper fitness, a HIIT and Strength gym. I work both in person and virtually teaching group classes and private sessions. I have trained athletes of every level and age from as young as 4 years old to as old as senior citizens.

I am a former college (NCAA) basketball player. I played for four years and won a championship as well as numerous awards. I am currently and amateur boxer and NYC Golden Glove heavyweight champion for 2021. My experience with sports and coaching has given me years of fitness, strength and speed training.

In a typical session I start with a warm up for the specific muscle group or type of workout focus. We will then start our main lift or round. If we are doing cardio then we will most likely go through multiple rounds of cardio and high intensity exercises. If it is strength training then there will be supersets that focus on the muscle group of the day or session.
