I was involved in playing hockey, baseball, basketball, and football starting at a very young age until a heart condition prevented me from playing contact sports at a competitive level, however my passion for sports and fitness has never wavered. I have a deep knowledge of the fundamentals of most major sports. I still continue to stay active in recreational adult leagues in baseball and roller hockey.

It all depends on the client's age, sport, knowledge level and goals. For the average client, I would work on getting the body warmed up based on the program I have planned in order to optimize our training session and avoid injury. Generally core strengthening, flexibility and mobility exercises would come next. Then we get to the meat of the workout based on the client's specific athletic and fitness goals.

Glenn coached my daughter for multiple years. We started with basketball when she was 5 and after that season ended we starting working with him 1 on 1 to work on conditioning and build up her vertical and overall athleticism. He continued to coach her for a few more years in basketball and soccer. After he moved to Oregon he continued doing online training with her as she got older because she just really enjoyed him as a coach. To this day we still keep in touch with him and he still follows her journey in sports!
