I am a elite Track and field Athlete. I have been running for over 20 years. As well as personal health & fitness coach for the past 6 years. I took some time off after college and decided to come back to the sport in 2009. I had to lose 45lbs to get back into competing shape which fueled my passion for health and fitness.When it comes to health and fitness, i focus not only on the weight loss and toning but also nutrition. My philosophy is 80% nutrition, 20% Fitness and 100% mindset. You must become the CEO of your athletic career. You want to be the best you must believe and work as if you are the best.

If its elite level of achievement you are seeking, or to better your performance in specific sport, I can help with that as well. I am currently a high school Head Coach for boys & girls cross country and track & field. I have been coaching at the high school level for six years. I have helped many athletes improve their endurance, speed, strength, and agility. I've had athletes make it to CIF each year since starting coaching. I've produced League champions & runner ups, CIF Division 1 Champion and a State qualifier who finished 9th overall in the boys 800m.

I focus on proper running technique through drills, speed ladders and hurdle drills. I help develop a strong core and will build my athletes endurance and speed.

Each session is designed depending on the clients needs. A typical fitness session will be more of a circuit training workout. I believe total body workouts that keeps your heart rate in the fat burning zone will help you drop body fat, build lean muscle and drop the weight. Ending with Stretching and flexibility work.

Specific sport coaching will be slightly different; if working on the track vs if working in weight room which will consist of mostly core and power lifting such as dead lift, cleans, snatch, power cleans, and squats. I will spend the first couple of sessions showing a proper warm-up with drills and strides. After getting it down, I expect each athlete(13 & up) to show up about 15 min earlier and warm up on their own, so we can spend more time in training. (50min workout and 10min cool down stretch)
