As a former Division 1 Defensive End, my playing experience has helped me develop a coaches mindset and I am confident that I can help any athlete develop in specific areas of their game. The most suitable age level for me to work with is 13 years old and above.

I was apart of my Varsity basketball team and JV and Varsity football team at Miami Norland High School. I was a Power Forward in basketball and Defensive End/Linebacker in football. I earned All-Dade honors as a senior. I earned a scholarship to play Defensive End at Rutgers University. I was a starter on all levels.

I will focus on any specific areas, such as cardio, strength, or skill improvement, that the athlete request. If I am not knowledgeable of the specific area, I will state it in advance. I will start off with flex and stretch warm-ups for 30 minutes and then I will execute a pre-planned workout routine, typically 1 hour long or more if needed, acknowledging the athletes advanced request for his/her training. There will then be a cool down stretch at the end of every workout of about 20 minutes. I do not have a workout site so there can be a compromise on a site that is convenient to both coach and athlete.
