- I coached the Offensive & Defensive Line at Upland High School for 2 1/2 years.
- While in high school, I personally trained younger athletes at Winner Circle Athletics (California).

I am a University of Oregon Alumni, I played Defensive Line (2015-2019). During my time there I gained Conference All-Academic Honors, and 2nd Team on-field Honors. Following my Junior season, I ranked #4 nationally in stopping the run. After graduating, I had the opportunity to play in the Hula Bowl and the Gridiron Showcase game. Most recently, I played arena football for the Spokane Shock (2021-2022). While playing for the Shock, I played both Offensive and Defensive Line.

We will do position specific drill work based on the players current developmental needs. These needs will be molded and fine-tuned by utilizing muscle memory while working on fundamentals and technique. During the sessions, we can video record all movements in real time, and go over everything 1-on-1 following the on-field work. As we discuss what was recorded, this will give the player insight on what needs to be altered to progressively reach success at the particular movement(s).
