More About Coach Garrett
I started coaching while still in High school. I fell in love with the strategy side of the sport and begun with u10 boys. Since then I coached varsity level for 4 years. In Indianapolis and now in Sacramento I have always been working with the top level teams in the area competing against state champion favorites.
Started, Played & Coached at Sac State MCLA DII. 3 year Varsity Attack. I specialize in goals around the crease and dodging from X to create assists for my teammates.
First of all it is a workout. We must sweat and try hard. If things are too easy that means it’s time to move on to drills that we are failing so that success may follow.
