More About Coach Garrett
I started playing football when I was 12 I played and started as a linebacker and fullback at Servite High School in Anaheim,Ca. I received a full scholarship to UCLA, played linebacker and defensive end, then I went to the Canadian Football League (Las Vegas Posse), then to Arena Football League (Milwaukee Mustangs). I played professionally until 1999 when I suffered a career ending neck injury. I have also helped college players with strength and running training to get them ready to play at the professional level. I also did some scouting for the Arena League.
