Coach Hicks is very knowledgeable about the game. He’s patient with my son and he does a great job explaining why they are doing each drill and how to translate the skills learned in each drill in game action.

Highly recommend Coach Fred. He has experience and knows to present it during training through approach, strategy/techniques and execution. Extremely respectful and very passionate about sports, his role and responsibilities. Overall, he has the best interest of you and your athlete.
We discussed overarching goals, and expectations for my son's training. We set date and time and met weekly. He was very flexible with our schedule. We were very pleased With the session. Coach Fred made sure that my son started to feel comfortable which has been one of his biggest obstacles. I already saw Improvement and it was just the first day. We look forward to more practice sessions.

Coach Hicks is a true expert at coaching linemen - talks to them as both a coach and a player, and in just the first session he identified opportunities that improved our son’s performance immediately. He also did the most important thing any coach ever has for him - showed confidence in him and gave him back some in himself! We’re so grateful to be working with him.

On time, knowledgeable, explained techniques well. Good coach.
