I have been coaching & training for over 20 years- Varsity Track & Field (sprints, jumps and relays), Cross-Country, Softball, Baseball & Football.
As a two sport college athlete I learned the importance of hard work and motivation. I have worked with all kinds of populations – including youth, high school and elite athletes, adults, and seniors. Currently, I am and sports performance coach and a personal trainer.
I customize all my training according to my client's needs and goals.

After researching running technique I had a fair understanding of the basics of running form. I also had past communications with former athletes to gain insight on running form and technique. Coach Frank proved to be on his game here and beyond. In other words, "He knows his stuff." His communication style, technique, and praise was well suited for my 13 year old.
