Frankie B. has been in the fitness industry for the past 10 years. He has been blessed with the opportunities to train and gain valuable experience in many different fitness settings including: a Hospital, Physical Therapy Clinic, Fitness Center, and Athletic Environments (High School/Collegiate). Frankie B. has worked with clients ranging from the general population to some of the world's top elite athletes.

He is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and specializes but not limited to Strength, Speed, and Agility. Frankie B. is passionate about health and fitness and looks forward to working with YOU to achieve your fitness goals.

Trained 2011 Estill High School Football Team to Lower State Championship

Coached 5 South Carolina All Region Football Players

Trained 2 High School Football Players that went to Nike Combine in Charlotte NC and finished Top 40 of 1600 Athletes

Assisted with the offseason training of Former Clemson Football Players (Daquan Bowers, Ricky Sapp, Antoine McClain,etc...)

Complete internship with Clemson Strength and Conditioning Staff working with all Olympic Sports
