I have made a name for myself as a coach, with experience in developing amateur and professional players between the ages of 12 and 18. I served as the Venezuelan agent for amateur players from 2013 to 2016. Subsequently, I became the manager of the national team of Argentina in two international tournaments in the U14 category (2017-2018). Additionally, I was the coach of the U14 team in Buenos Aires. Under my guidance, the team achieved the national bi-championship with a flawless record of 12 victories and no losses.

I am Francisco José Durán Abarca, a Venezuelan-born baseball pitcher who has had an illustrious career at both the local and international levels. I was born on March 15, 1994 in Barquisimeto, Venezuela, and I have been playing baseball since I was a child, developing into a top-level pitcher.

I have an impressive record of 11 national championships and have participated in 3 independent leagues at the local level in Venezuela. I have also won 2 university championships, which is a testament to my skill and dedication to the sport. At the international level, I have represented Venezuela in 2 Pan American championships (Colombia 2011 and Panama 2013) and 2 World championships (South Korea 2012 and Taiwan 2014).

My coaching program is dedicated to developing all 5 tools of baseball. Here, I will teach you how to understand your mechanics and maximize their potential on the field. As a well-rounded coach and former agent for amateur players, I have extensive knowledge of all positions on the field.
