Former Division 1 distance runner turned coach. I have been coaching high school cross country and track for the past 5 years. I am USATF Level 2 certified in Endurance. I specialize in 800 meters to 10,000 meter racing. I have produced athlete success from high school conference champions up to the pinnacle of State Champion. I enjoy working with new athletes and promoting the sport of running, ages 10-99. Each individual works with a personalized program based on individual goals.
