I have almost 30 years of coaching experience. I’ve coached at all levels and in two continents ( Europe and US) I’m a pioneer of one on one training, I was doing private training in the early nineties and I have developed a performance driven program that suits any player at any level . I have helped so many players reach their goal , either with their college path or to become a pro or send them Europe . I have worked in institutions like IMG and professional youth clubs in Italy and US. I’m very demanding and I expect a lot from the players I coach and train.
I’m a former professional player ( NY Cosmos) and I have an A license. See you in the field.

I played professional for 9 years in US and Italy.
I have an A License and a UEFA A license. I’m a N.J. State Hall of Famer . I’ve won many championships and soccer has always been my life.

Obviously the first session allows me to get to know the player , technically and most important his motivation. I structure the session based on the player position and his level of fitness and physicality. I start with a technical warm up alternating dynamic stretching exercises and speed and agility movements about 15 minutes . Then we get into the topic of the training session for another 35-40 minutes. We finish the sessions with a small talk while cooling down. Training sessions are about 60 to 70 minutes . I normally suggest a 9 week program that I have prepared for either defenders, midfielders or forwards.

Great coach did a great job with my daughter who is 13.

Coach Ferdi is extremely knowledgeable. He is able to bring out the best in my son through immediate feedback and by building rapport with him. Coach Ferdi is very passionate and knowledgeable in his craft. Within the first 8 minutes of the session he was able to pinpoint areas that needed improvement in my sons technical abilities. He quickly implemented techniques to improve our son’s kicks and follow through.
