More About Coach Erik

I am the owner of Athletic Evolution and am a certified strength & conditioning specialist. I have been training athletes for the past 13 years and opened Athletic Evolution back in 2005. I train athletes of all ages and skill level but over the past 2 years I have been fortunate enough to have trained 2 female athletes who competed in the 2014 Winter Olympic games, 14 college football players who signed NFL contracts, a 2nd round NBA draft pick, a 1st round MLB draft pick, and thousands of high school kids who have went on to continue their athletic career in College. I love working with people who have a specific goal in mind and are committed to doing what it will take to achieve their goal.

I was a D1 scholarship football player for Syracuse University and ever since I graduated and the NFL did not work out, I have been training athletes.

I train athletes. Whether you are looking to get faster, stronger, quicker or more explosive, as long as you are an athlete who is looking to improve their athleticism and improve in their sport, I can be the guy responsible for making sure that happens. Our sessions are 1 hour long and each session will be fully customized to meet the needs of the athlete. Our first session will start out with a meeting between the athlete, the parents, and myself to go over the game plan and then identify the goals and from that a workout plan and schedule will be formulated to ensure that we meet those demands.
