I have over 2000+ hours experience working with beginners, athletes (runners, cyclists, swimmers, dancers, and martial artists), and musicians to complement their lifestyle with the physical and mental benefits of yoga.
I am an E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance credentialed teacher, which means I have over 500 hours of training and over 1,000 hours of teaching experience.
In our first meeting we'll discuss your specific needs (injuries, goals, obstacles to your practice, etc.). We'll do a short sequence of basic postures to assess your range of motion and stamina. The structure of proceeding sessions will depend on the results of the initial intake.
