I am a current USATF Masters National Track & Field Champion at 800 meters. I also am a part time endurance coach at Morehouse College for the cross country and track & field program. I hold an NCAA as well as USATF certificate. I train all level from general physical fitness to elite specific track training. I also have an Olympic level networks.

Additionally to being a 2017 Masters Champion. I competed NCAA Division one becoming All American and 5 time conference champion. I have also coach multiple conference champions at the collegiate level.

A typical session would include warmup, stretch techniques, plyometric, motion, drills, and general fitness instruction as well as evaluation. Based on the level, condition, or goal of the client will determine the specific workout routine. Cardio, Toning, Shaping, Endurance, Development, and Vo2 max excercises will be implemented to increase speed, flexibility, as well as core stamina.
