More About Coach Eric

I have over 20+ years of Coaching experience in basketball, football and track & field. I have 10+ years of experience in training for all 3 sports listed. I have coached basketball at the youth level. I have coached Track & Field (Menlo-Atherton HS, East PALO Alto Greyhounds Track & Field) and Football at the youth and High School (The Kings Academy HS, East PALO Alto Greyhounds Football) levels. I've trained youth athletes from ages 4-19 in groups and individually. I prefer 4-14 but I'll go older with No problem.

All Trainings start with the basic fundamentals of running/conditioning with a emphasis on proper form. After that we will get more in depth with our conditioning and training sessions.
