I start my session with a warm up session with includes a 2 lap jog with dynamic movements during the laps, this is followed by drills teaching skills, followed by mobility movement, then we move into actual training session with would be focus on conditioning and basic body strength development. This depends on the time of the periodization we are on. As we progress through the cycle athletes would learn specific movement and skill relevant to his/ her event.
