My sessions are based on the event that athlete is participating in:
Long & Triple Jump
● (2) Lap warm-up and starch
● Step-up form drill techniques
● Plyometric Boxes form drill techniques
● (4) 40 meter strides
● (3) stadium steps form run & flex form lounges
● (4) 15 to 10 yards Bounding techniques
● 1st face form into the pit (TJ) and the Penultimate step and slight lowering of the hips for Long jumpers
● 2nd face form into the pit with or without low platform box (TJ) and Superman hang & toe touch landing (LJ)
● 3rd face standing & short approach into the pit with or without low platform boxes and landing/aero body mechanics
● Walk, stretch, flex cool down
