With 8+ years of professional training experience, I’ve coached and developed athletes across every level from youth prospects to NCAA Division I standouts and NBA professionals. My expertise spans basketball skill development, muscle gain and bodybuilding, injury prevention, explosive jumping training, sprint and acceleration mechanics, and comprehensive performance optimization. I’ve trained athletes internationally, worked with elite track sprinters and high-level hoopers, and specialize in designing individualized programs that build power, strength, and long-term athletic durability. I typically work with athletes ages 12 through professional level, tailoring each program to maximize results. I have worked at 24 Hour Fitness, directed group fitness classed, trained my own private clients.
I competed at the NCAA Division I level, where I won championships and earned multiple individual accolades through relentless work, disciplined training, and continuous self-development. After college, I continued my career playing professional basketball in Europe, gaining high-level experience and learning the demands of elite competition. Throughout my athletic journey, I faced and overcame several injuries, which drove me to study performance, biomechanics, and rehabilitation, knowledge that now fuels my ability to elevate athletes and extend their careers.
A typical session with me is fully customized and built to develop the specific qualities an athlete needs to perform at their absolute peak. Depending on the athlete and sport, sessions may include advanced mobility and activation work, explosive power drills, speed and acceleration mechanics, targeted strength training, basketball skill development, vertical jump progression, or injury-resilience training. I start by assessing movement quality, then progress into tailored drills that build real, transferable performance: sharper footwork, stronger positioning, improved mechanics, increased power, and smarter body control. Every session blends intensity, technique, and education so athletes not only train hard— they understand how to train their body for long-term success. In my sessions I want to have fun but push my athletes physical and mental limits to get the most out of them.
