I typically work with high-school and college aged people. I have over 17 years of experience as an athlete. I have 10 years of experience playing football. I currently train individuals to improve their speed, agility, endurance and fine tune motor skills.

I have competed at every level except the professional level for football. I have competed at pop-warner level, high-school level, and collegiate level. I have been invited to an NFL combine and participated at the semi-professional level. At the pop-warner level I received defensive back of the year also a commitment to excellence and also a championship trophy. At the prep-school level I won all of New England honors, and most valuable defensive player two times. I also got one championship and was chosen as the top 250 out of 1,000 and top 150 out of 1,000. At the collegiate level I won scout team player of the year.

Come to bust your you know what. I like to focus on skills drills depending on the position.

When you first arrive we stretch (dynamic stretching for necessary activity that will follow)
We will warm up with running laps
We will then move in to calisthenics to finish warming up and break your body in with specific movements
We will complete a series of 100 yd. sprints depending on the anaerobic threshold (AT) of the athlete.
We will then go in to specific skills drills for players specific position.
We will cool down with stretching of necessary body parts.
