In terms of coaching i have been doing lessons at a batting cage for the past year. I have worked with kids as young as 7 years old and as old as 16 years. I would like to work with kids of all ages does not matter i believe a good coach can turn a career around even if there is doubt it can continue. Every player has value just some need to find that certain coach who can help them realize their own abilities and the steps it takes to reach their true potential.

I competed on the varsity team at Kailua High School and was a starter in the outfield and on the mound my junior and senior year. All State Outfielder 2nd team 2012

A Client can expect an in-depth warm up of the body and arm as to prevent injury and create good habits in maintaining flexibility and mobility. From there depending on what the client specifically would like to focus on ( Pitching only, hitting only, half lesson pitching half lesson hitting, or they may want to hit all parts of the game hitting pitching fielding catching) we will go directly into throwing and a step by step drill oriented throwing program, myself observing throwing mechanics and correcting the issues which might cause injury or prevent success on the field. For some who might want to focus on hitting this might be quicker as to focus most of the lesson on hitting. The hitting side of the lesson will consist of tie work soft toss and many other drills depending on the needs of that specific hitter. I enjoy throwing bp and sometimes mixing in curve balls and playing competition based games to help get player get more of game situational hitting. I try to save 10 minutes at the end to work on the mental side of the game because there is much value in learning how to have mindfulness and be in control of thoughts on field which directly leads to success if they are positive.
