Clients can expect to start any training session with a dynamic warm up to enhance proper muscle firing chain reaction and flexibility. A big part of Track and Field training is conducting drills that enhance the proper use of the physiology of the athlete. Even though I specialize in throwing events, I am a well rounded track and Field coach. An integral part of my program is the use of a custom tailored strength and conditioning program that will generate results at the meets. Train to be an athlete not a bodybuilder.
